Cardio KickboxingBurn calories and box away stress! Improve agility, strength and endurance using a combination of martial art movements coordinated with highly motivating music. Beginners, intermediate and advanced participants welcome.

H.A.B.I.T This class involves muscular training for Hips, Abs, and Inner&Outer Thighs.  Get in the habit of coming to this class to improve your lower body strength & endurance! All fitness levels welcome!
Step Class- An Intro class to step aerobics.  This class conditions the body while learning the terminology &  choreography of step aerobics. Ideal for beginners, but great for all fitness levels.  

Pilates - Unite the mind and body to gain core strength, control, consciousness, balance and symmetry.
Ball/Core Focus - A mix of strength and flexibility training.  Learn to create a sleeker, stronger, and more flexible body!  Feel like a dancer!  Great for any fitness level!
