CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Spinning

A fantastic heart pumping hour long workout! Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction. Burn 500-800 calories in this intense hour! Beginners please arrive 15 minutes early for set up and instruction. All levels welcome! FIRST class absolutely FREE!

H.A.B.I.T.

This class involves muscular training for: HIPS, ABS, BUTT and INNER and OUTTER THIGHS. Get in the Habit of coming to this class to improve your endurance.  You will warm up with some kicks, jabs, plyometrics and much more. All fitness levels welcome!

SPIN/BOOTCAMP

This class is 40 mins of spinning then 20 minutes of strength and cardiovascular training. All fitness levels welcome!

SPIN/YOGA

This class is 50 mins of heart pumping spin then 15 minutes of mind and body relaxing yoga. All fitness levels welcome!

 

Medina Tone & Tan 2 would also like to welcome Mark Patton! Patton’s Boxing Fitness is a fitness program that uses conditioning techniques used by boxers preparing for competition. All sessions are tailored to your physical condition and goals (No Cookie Cutter sessions!) Private and Semi-Private Sessions are offered and last an hour.
